I took some photos before game. Getting pads and his jersey on in the parking lot. Pre-game jitters. I had them as did John. Elliott was just ready to play.
Olivia's squad was not cheering this game but she looks beautiful as always.
Our son had a great game. He got to go out at the beginning for the coin toss. Can you see him - number 25?
The game started slow and the other team got too close to scoring first; however, the Panthers held them. We scored first as well. Our second touchdown was not granted due to an illegal block and we lost time because of the time keeper. The final score was 7-6. They lost but this team came together during this game and started working together like a team. The coaches know what areas they need to work on and I'm sure practice tonight will be a hard one. Their next game is this Sunday. We'll be ready.
Elliott played like a pro! They moved him from his original position to end because the other team placed a huge player there. Elliott managed to block the kid the remainder of the game which allowed our team to score. They all worked together and their efforts were rewarded.
Great game Panthers! So proud of you all.
Your crazy (and today hoarse) supporter! I'll be ready to cheer you all on at the next game. Go Panthers Go!
